CEO/Founder

JD Reedy oversees day-to-day operations, programs, and services and is accountable for developing and executing sales and service plans to drive market growth for the company. Mr. Reedy possesses an extensive background in business development, field operations, and expanding market share within Oil & Gas service industries.

Prior to creating 3 Investment LLC, which is the holding company for the rest of his endeavors Mr. Reedy was Oilfield Operations Manager for Joe Tex Xpress where he was responsible for managing a fleet of over 200 frac sand transport trucks, while also managing field operations. Then in 2017 he built Pinnacle Frac Transport LLC up to 165 frac sand trucks with a top line revenue of $38 million a year. After 6 years of serving as the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of Pinnacle he was named Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Wolf Energy Services LLC which was the re-brand name of Pinnacle. Wolf Energy was a public traded company on the OTC stock exchange. Mr. Reedy was also over seeing and

making sure that the quarterly and annual reports was correct and filed on time.

Mr. Reedy was CEO of Reedy Trucking Inc. for over 26 years where he managed fleet operations, business growth, and day-to-day operations for and ever-changing Oil & Gas market. Mr. Reedy started his career in the Oil & Gas service industry in 1992 with one 1979 Freightliner Dump truck.

Additionally, Mr. Reedy has served in Sales and leadership roles generating over $495 million dollars in revenue in his 33 years in the Oil & Gas service. Other endeavors that he has founded are CDL Training Academy LLC, 3 Energy Service LLC, 3 Wire Electric LLC and Interstate Integrity LLC. which he plays a day to day role in each of his companies.

Mr. Reedy also served as a board member on several non-profit organizations in the local community like VP/board member of Two Toes Inc., CO-Commissioner/board member of Henderson Boys Baseball Association, and member of the Rusk County Rescue Unit. He is currently serving on the board or directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Rusk County. Mr. Reedy is the most proud to call himself a Christian and a member of New Life Church

Chief Operating Officer

Brandon Stoute serves as the Chief Operating Officer of CDL Training Academy, where he leads the organization’s mission to train and empower the next generation of professional drivers. With a passion for innovation and community impact, Brandon oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations — including curriculum development, instructor training, school and instructor certifications, marketing and social media strategy, graphic design, and the integration of cutting-edge technology.

In addition to shaping the student experience, Brandon spearheads professional development initiatives, builds and maintains partnerships with industry leaders, and represents the academy at community events, charitable outreach programs, and speaking engagements. His commitment to research and development drives the academy’s ongoing expansion and ensures it remains at the forefront of the transportation and logistics industry.

Brandon’s career path reflects a wide range of expertise that fuels his leadership today. A Commercial Driver’s License holder since 2018, he has driven some of the largest equipment moves in the country and understands firsthand the responsibility and skill required behind the wheel. His professional journey also includes leading sales for Crunch Fitness, where he achieved top-grossing sales during the launches of two separate locations. Beyond the transportation and fitness industries, Brandon has volunteered as a technology and media coordinator for multiple churches, helping them modernize their media, sound production, and technology systems. He also built a successful sound production business, supporting local bands and venues across Texas. His love of technology and learning has led him to earn numerous skills and certifications, including ASE certifications as a mechanic and structural technician, proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe, and video editing, as well as coding in C++, HTML, Java, Python, JSON, and app development. Though his career has taken many different paths, every skill and accomplishment has contributed to his ability to innovate, mentor, and push the envelope with his staff and students today.

Driven by a deeply personal mission, Brandon’s “why” is rooted in creating generational well-being for his two sons and building a company that contributes to the betterment of the world. His leadership is defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence, innovation, and the belief that every student who walks through CDL Training Academy’s doors has the power to change their future.
